Kovarian Knight

The Kovarian Empire has many patrols roaming their vast kingdom. Most patrols will consist of knights leading soldiers and a battle mage. This human kingdom can be racist at times, with lower views of other races even thru you will find non-human communities living within their kingdom.
It is said they are handpicked at childhood, receiving special conditioning and training in secret. They are not ones to be bribed or persuaded. Some have said they have means of instant communication to other Knights. Members of this elite group are always male humans that have complete loyalty to the Empire and full faith in the Sun Goddess.
Knights are commanders of the non-military forces, their station allows them freedom to arrest, question and punish anyone that breaks the law. They are intelligent, strong willed, skilled fighters with protection from evil and magics alike. If they have to burn down a house full of people to punish one law breaker, they will not hesitate.
Its best to avoid making contact with them but if you ever do, never lie to them as they have an uncanny way of knowing the truth. Punishment for giving a Knight false information is no less than one year in the prison mining camp at Talsworth.
It has been known for these knights to even slay any under their own command for disobeying direct orders. The Empire shall NOT tolerate disobedience, law breaking, pagans, non-permit magic and even the slightest whisper of being against the Empire is automatic death.
