Description: A small, isolated floating island serving as a fortress and research center for Aetheria Dominion. It houses some of the most advanced magical research facilities, guarded by a powerful military. Celestial Enclave is a key player in the Dominion's efforts to develop new magical weaponry, and is currently the only location where Steelbound / Warforged are manufactured.
