Half-Elf

Many are uncertain how these folk came to exist - few living have witnessed an Elf in Fallwind since the Phasing, and far fewer could fathom why they would stray beyond the Vale. Although Half-Elves are rare within Fallwind, they are generally reviled and persecuted by the population for their connection to the Phasing and the Elvish. They also possess adept abilities in channeling and sorcery and can interact with, and somehow understand, ancient Elvin artifacts.
