Bron's Rest

Tavern located in Jeff - Ruined and owned by Kelvos. After the burning of Jeff, it now only the foundation remains.

Front door. All rooms have windows that do not open.

Sensory & Appearance

The entirety of the Tavern is filled with the smells of the kitchen -- usually a meat stew or pot roast as the most common foods.

Contents & Furnishings

All tables in the dining area are fitted with heated plumbing to keep the patrons (and food!) warm on cold days.

Architecture

The structure is constructed on a stone base with insulated wooden walls and -- with three floors -- towers over the nearby buildings in town. On entering the front doors one would find a collection of wooden tables to their right, a hearth in front of them with an area for communal sleeping arrangements in front, and a bar that looks into the kitchen on their left. The stairs are located at the back on the left and lead up to a hall of rooms -- usually filled -- and another stairway at the opposite end leading up to the larger rooms and a closed room for special occasions. All walls -- including internal -- are insulated against the Hiven cold.

Defenses

Single half-orc bouncer who rarely needs to work.

History

Originally Bron's Rest was just known as Bron's Tavern, named after Bron Jackson. It was renamed after Bron's passing in 6946.

Tourism

Bron's Rest became known as one of the main stopping points while traveling along the east Lantra Mountains in Hivendelge. Traveler's loved stopping for good food, strong drink, and comfy beds.
