The 107 provinces of Leo'Skovia

The Leo'skovian empire was formed from the blood and bones of fallen warriors over many conquests in an attempt to fulfill the wishes of there gods. During the second age, Lion's shield was the first established city in the region and its bountiful fields and oceans led to dozens of villages and small towns appearing. People from all over tried to get away with founding a town so they could become nobility themselves which later led to tensions between the new holdings. The petty squabbles of the lesser holding meant nothing to Lionshield which stood vast and proud over Leo'skovia...that is, until the Gray March. When the Gray March made its way to Leo'skovia the separate holdings could do little to protect their lands. Ryenar rose above the rest and rallied the holds with some support from Harmonium and staved of the Gray March. From that day the holdings would remain united under one King while each holding would each stand as independent entities with their own elected counts that decide the future of the empire together. At that time there were only 18 holds, now there is 107 with the last added near the end of the third age.
