Saint Haitia, The Last Queen of the Dwarves

Saint Haitia of Kar'Scaltia, Last Queen of the Dwarves, the Last of Her Name, Saviour of Kor.
Queen Haitia attempts at stymying the tide of eldritch horrors during The Rift are a thing of legend and sealed the doomed fate of the Dwarven peoples.
When a Fetish was uncovered in her mountainous territory, she recognized the threat to the world and immediately closed her borders. She sent envoys to the surrounding territories and warned them of the approaching doom. The last words of her missives were, "Goodbye, Friends." as though she knew she was signing her death warrant.
She spent the entirety of her kingdom's resources to stop the cultists and terrible fiends they summoned. Several battles were won, but most were lost against a foe that never tired and rarely stayed dead. Haitia knew the eldritch horrors couldn't be defeated by the dwarves alone but knew they could be slowed. At great expense of treasure and life, she feigned a retreating-defence back to her capital of Karcossa. Her ploy worked and the cultists with their fiendish armies followed her and laid siege to the dwarven capital.
By the time the surrounding kingdoms could come to the Dwarves' aide, the Kingdom of Kar'Scaltia had fallen. The dwarves were broken and scattered. The arriving kingdoms welcome waves of refugees.
However, for their great sacrifice, the dwarves had bought the kingdoms valuable time to mount their counter-assault. Several heroes were made and several more killed in the following years; however, the fiends never gained a foothold outside of Kar'Scaltia and were eventually destroyed.
For her sacrifice, Queen Haitia was granted sainthood in most religious organizations.

Circumstances of Death

During The Rift, Queen Haitia was front and center at most of the critical battles against the eldritch cultist and fiends. During the Siege of Karcossa, Queen Haitia's army was finally overwhelmed and she was lost in the melee. Her body was secreted away
