The Kobadiyan High Council

The Kobadiyan Clan was a peace movement led by a Wystella blackwing named Tempus Novell. What would later be called the Kobadiyan High Council started as a campaign to enforce social equality in the extremely hierarchical, segrative nation of Wystell. During the Unity War, the Kobads came up with a system idea called the Territory Systems that would encourage communities to come together and discourage hostility and aggression towards other countries. They tried to demand the monarchy place this system during a rebellion they organised known as the Thirdwing Uprising. Having not been the revolution they were hoping for, this uprising failed and led to the Kobadiyans being exiled from Wystell or face execution.
Tempus named himself after dreaming about a flower of the same name that grew in a moor down in a Land below (that would later become Falmora) despite never having left the Skylands. When the Clan were forced to flee, they looked around for the moors in which this flower grew, as Tempus was convinced it was a prophecy. They ended up finding a city they’d heard of while travelling called Fallacitta. The Kobadiyans cultivated the Land it lay in, which they named Falmora, established the Kobadiyan Council and then worked on peace movements and talks to try and convince the other Lands to implement their systems and ideas. With the aid of the Sacred Council of Guardians, all Lands had implemented the Territory Systems and adopted some Kobadiyan Policies, with the exceptions of two small areas of Land in Downland Arokei and Upperland Koreph.
