Wondrous item, uncommon This pen writes in black ink with no need to dip the pen. As an action, the pen wielder can spray a jet of ink into the eyes of a creature within 10 feet. The creature must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the start of its next turn. Once this feature is used, the pen won't function until a full week passes.
