Madeye The Exiled as she is known in the blazing hot sands of the Jua desert. Was once one of the most feared chromatic dragons. Exiled after a fight with an adventuring party as a young dragon, she lost everything, including her left eye.
The Ancient Order of Dragons, a higharchy of 7 Chromatic Dragons in the realm, exiled her to the Jua desert where she has lived for hundreds of years. Feasting on travelers and adventures. Unlike most Blue Dragons, she detest adventures.
As the ages have gone on, and she has lived in exiled. Rumors among dragon cultist and supporters have named her one of the most feared. Her own cult, THE BLUE DRAGON BRIGADE are made of Kobolds who dye their skin blue as part of a purification rituatal that brings them closer to her.
She is said to be sympathic to all Kobolds. She does not like the approve of the skin dying ritual among the Kobolds but she has come to think of it as a form of flattery.

Weaknesses

Along with attacking on her left and a soft spot for Kobolds, she also has a soft spot for her son, DANGER. Anyone who dare attack or kidnap her son will feel the wrath of the mighty Blue Storm Dragon and the full range of her Cult.

Conclusion

Though, among her supporters, she has no interest in reclaiming her thrown as the Queen of Chromatic Dragons in the realm. She now spends her time raising and feeding her son and collecting tressure from those that have become lost to the desert.
