You need to find a boat. Luckily you are (probably now) the new Xanther and there is nothing the new Xanther cannot have or get.Going down to the pier there are three different pirates:

THE VOYAGE
First 3 days are clear. But on the 4th day--During the watch - PERCEPTION CHECK DC 15
You notice Harpy's flying above the ship. About 2 dozen of them. No more than 20 feet above you.
As you approach Zanili and Jossa island with the dinosaurs. You're boat is bumped, but as you look around, there is nothing around. PERCEPTION CHECK DC 15 -- On the starbord side there is a Massive dragon turtle. He bits the bow of the ship and begins to pull the ship down. The only part of his body that is exposed is the back of his neck.If the Dragon Turtle is defeated, or runs away the ship is too damaged to continue. They need to stop to repair their boat southeast Isles.

SURRENDOR YOUR WEAPONS
As you approach the canal, you see the cliff faces from the capitol city. The Narrowing of the canal shows that you are approaching the waterways of Mito Mitatu. Your captain, would tell you that now is a time to hide our weapons. There is an all knowing seer that will inspect the ship.They yell, do not be alarmed this is routine check for all vessels entering the Mito Mitatu lands.

No weapons are allowed in the capitol city of Mito Mitatu. If you are traveling to the Capitol City of Mji Wana Wa they asks that if your vessle has any guns or cannons attached to it that you park it in the harbor to the east and they will escort you into the city.
Your captain tells you, failure to comply is seen as an act of aggression and this military is very deep.
Reason for Military Agression
The military officer who has stopped you is:General of the northern gate - JOGORI (Triton, Level 15 Fighter / Battlemaster) and his 4th Blattalion.Many of his soldiers are all aquatic races with a few humans mixed in there. Mainly SEA ELVES, Lizardfolk, Water Genasi, and Triton.
The cause for security is they have been in a long standing war with THE LIABON KINGDOM. The war is highly politically motatvated. Their son, many ages ago, burned our sacred tree in search for an primordial flower: The Ever Lily that would give House Liabon ultimate power.
House Liabon claims to have never taken the flower or burned their Sacred tree. Mito Mitatu has not been able to regow or find that flower. They believe it is the only flower in the known world.
- where the flower is on full display and as part of the ritual you must drink a juice that was made from the flowers. Drinking this puts non-vampires into a hallucinagenic state.
Flower's Abilities

This is a Legendary Flower. When brewed with wine it increases your size and stats by +3 for 3days.
When turned into lotion and rubbed on the body it gives you a +3 to your AC for 24hours.
When ground up and eaten it gives you Damage Resistance for one 1hour to for Necrotic Damage.

Mito Mitatu means no harms to travelers but because of the 200 year cold war between the two nations they are just careful.
Any weapons found on your vessle, are confiscated. General Jorogi's crew. General Jorogi tells you that, you can get your weapons and magic items back after you have left Mito Mitatu.
Journey to Mji Wana Wa
The walls of the city are high and guarded. There are hundreds if not thousands of troops on the walls. The city sits on a tall facing cliff. The walk up the city is a treterous trek, about 30miles. For those who can fly it is an easy journey. For those who cannot they will need a guide.At the base of the mountain is a Tortle, Human, and Hill Dwarf. They will each take you up to the Sun city and do their best to protect you from the dangers on the mountain.

Touring The Estate
Before leaving, Wanda tells THE BIG UGLIES (the 2 Dragonborn), she thinks she'll be fine. She reminds them "the Captain" is coming to pick up at noon, and to check with Mji Wana Wa if they have any deliveries.She leads near the woods of the town, but still inside the city walls. She tells you that Ywnae is a unique city, a river runs through their city and to an enchanted lake that is down below. This is the only known entrance to the Underwater Kingdoms of the Realm.
After walking for about 2 hours you pass a TAVER: _________, an INN: ________, Stables _________ (renting a horse for travel is 1sp for the day / 5sp for the week, and 100sp for the month), Magic Shop / Flower Shop owned by Quofire Havensong, A series of Merchant shops: Spice Merchant, Cloth Merchant, Iron and Food Merchant.

The Magic Shop - is small magic shop. There is mainly armor nothing that really stands out, but he does have a few things.
While in this shop someone comes in asking for help from the adventures: JUMP TO FOREST ADVENTURE
Wanda leads you into gated community. The guard is a half-elf who asks to see some I.D that you live in this community.
Wanda shows the guard the deed. The guard opens the gate and you are in a neighborhood that is vastly upscale. Think Bill Gate's neighborhood. Your closes neighbor is about 5 miles away. The house you walk up two a sprawling mansion. Cut from the finest stone. Made withstand any manner of magical attack.
Inside of the house is a great hall as a foyer. 8 bedrooms. 15 rooms. Wanda says this house once belonged to a Noble: LINEOL XUNG. Wanda tells you that his entire community belongs to the Nobels of the realm. Members of House Amani and Ywnae live in this community.

Forest Quest
The magistrate, Wanda, leads you through the rather poor looking village.The BLACKSMITH, a Dwarf named BUDDY.
Calls out to you and says, you look adventures. Please, I need your help. I don't have much money but I need someone to get me a sword that was stolen from my friend. It was taken by a beast that ran off into the forest. Something crude and nightmarish. Please I will give you a Efficent Quiver with 20 trick arrows in it. For the return of the sword, I will also give you 50% off any swords, or armor that you may want crafted by me.
Jungle Encounter 1
As the marsh starts to harden into forest. There is a thick fog that starts to harden. A brown man, lays naked in the forest. He moans. Something attacked me. He is dying.

you can tell this man is dying. He will be dead in 2 turns.
He needs help getting back his gear. He went into the forest looking for the TROLLS who stole his daughter.
After you help him back on his feet and to health, he says his name is Wayne Wanderbear. He was exiled from Ywnae when his business a bakery WANDER BREAD was sued. He lost the case and his wife left him. He told his daughter that she ran away into the forest but he never though she would go looking for her.Roll Perception checks:
1 - 8: You spend 10 hours looking for tracks and you find something. You see something going to a small encampment in the woods.
9 - 12: You spend 8 hours looking and find the small encampment.
13 - 16: You spend 6 hours looking for tracks or something and find a small encampment.
17+ You spend 2 hourse looking for tracks or something and find a small encampment.
You see laughin the marsh are 4 TROLLS. They have trinkets and things with them. They look to be laughing and minding their own business.
On the approach, Wayne loses it attacking the trolls. Roll initiative. He attacks screaming give me my daughter.Investigation Check:
The Trolls yell, we all serve the great Fey KORRED.
1 - 11: You find mundane trinkets. Stuff stolen from the town. Like tea pots, couch cushions, table cloths, and etc.
12 - 14: You find tracks leading deeper into the woods.
15+: The trolls didn't steel the arrows.
Jungle Encounter 2
Wayne Wanderbare tells you that if you are looking for the sword. The pesky little Kobolds probably took it. There is a black dragon deep in these woods. Lathor. If you capture one he might be able to take you to him.Deeper into the forest you go. Traveling for 3 hours. You come across a small little person.
Wayne brings you to a small forest village with gnomes and sprits, and tree spores. Everyone seems to be friendly.
LOOKING FOR WAYNE'S DAUGHTER:
The little one you seek was taken by Korred. The evil fey in these woods. Be careful is very strong and keeps a Werebear to bring him victims so he might have a collection of Werebears.
The gnomes or spores tell you how to get to Korred. Korred kidnaps children all the time and when they become of age, he transforms them into his legion of Werebears.
The gnomes offer you food and rest.
Deciding to eat they feed you a HERO'S FEAST.
Moving on
Once you decide to start moving your gnome friend to tell you go through the alive forest.
PERCEPTION CHECK DC17:Wayne, in helping you defeat the Awaken Trees. Suggest they make camp.
First mile. Second Mile. Third mile.
On a success you see the trees are following you.
You come to a clearing but the trees that you have passed have all followed you.
There are six trees behind you and three in front of you. All of them who turn their face. Wayne screams they only want to kill us!
Perception Check:
1st Watch, DC 12 -- you see a small band of kobolds on the outside of the tree line walking in the opposite direction you're going. They all have trinkets and things that shine and glimmer in the door. (Go to Encounter 3)
2nd Watch, DC 18 -- You notice under the glimmer of the full moon noice comes from the forest. It is not a Werebear but just a regular bear. The bear sniffs and doesn't want anything. He seems to be harmless but he stares at your group. Hyper focused on Wayne's tent.
Moving On
Wayne leads you to Korred's lair. Perception Checks DC 11 -- You notice there are no kids here. Wayne isn't surprised. Korred says Wayne you have returned. Wayne kneels. Sire, I have brought you new souls to be transformed please keep your promise and turn me back into a man so I may hug my daughter without becoming the evil abomination you made me. Korred, laughs, "you know the deal 100 souls!"
Wayne transforms into a WEREBEAR. Korred laughs.

PERCEPTION CHECK DC12 -- You see coming out of the water, hundreds if not THOUSANDS of people meandering. One of them stops and bites on an unspecting citizen! That's right! WE'RE DOING ZOMBIES!!!!!!!The Magistrate says the property may be the only safe place. However, the Kids believe going back to the house would then make going back out into the city harder, and someone needs to get to the source of what happened.

The Underwater Settlement of Ywnae

Once you are in the water. The water is merky and cold. But you see it is a champion swim about 4 miles down. The only ones who can make the swim are aquatic creatures and if you have something that allows you to not to come up for air.
It is about a 4 - 6 hour swim for non-aquatis.You see floating up to the top are still hundreds if not thousands of Zombies. PERCEPTION CHECKS For each mile. DC 15 -- Disadvantage for Mile 1. Mile's 2 and 3 straight roll, and Mile 4 is at advantage.
Those who make the check see -- 3 DOME Cities. Two smaller ones and A GIANT WHOLE IN THE ROOF OF THE DOME middle CITY.
REPAIRING THE HOLE
There are 5 Merfolk out trying to repair the hole in the roof.

One of the Merfolk tell you: The citizens can help but so many of them were caught in the blast. Only a handful of people were saved. You have to get back to the surface. Hundreds of people are going to die. This was an attack. All they heard them utter was, FOR ZILOG!Show spoilerThe city will take Hours to drain. If you want to help. We need solid swimmers who can save the citizens. The city will drain in 5 hours. Those who are still alive who need air, please help them.Zilog, a Prince of the southern sea the sunken kingdom between Mito Mitatu and Liabon who was kidnapped and sold by some gangsters to a high end restaurant who serves Merfolk tails.
If they have done the Military: Zilog was behind this because he wants revenge on those who sold him for money.
If you are going to stay and help. He gives your his breastplate - THE BREASTPLATE OF THE MAIRNER, and he gives your 3 potions of Speed. He tells you to check everywhere. First responders are getting people out of the city. Find out anything you can about what that boom was!
THE SOURCE OF THE BOOM
Investigation check DC 18 -- You see burried under the rubble. The remnents of a plant. You cannot smell it but it looks to be burnt. You need a Horticulturist or someone good with plants to tell you what this is. As you are taking the 10 minutes to examine the area you another BOOM!This one came from the surface.
Swimming back to the surface
Back on the surface you need to survive the zombies that are tearing through the city.The source of the attack seems to have come from the city center.

Quofire Havensong the owner of The Half Song - is not a Horticulturist but his friend on the Isles of Nyepe is - Zanili. Quofire would asks for the burnt flower and can teleport it to her shop for analyist.
Also in the city center you see three young Sea Elfs. They look like kids. They spray paint (or tag) in AQUAN: "FOR ZILOG"If any of the kids are caught. They are quick to talk with needing only a DC 7 Intimidation to scare them.

Zilog the ruler of the Ocean Kingdoms was sold by WANDA, the Magistrate, and the most evil person in Ywnae. This is our retrobution. No one knows she is the one because she has pirates do the trading but she pays everyone's bail and when you least expect it, she will turn you over to the pirates and no one will see you ever again.

History Check DC 11 -- As far as you have heard, the city Magistrate's office is the only safe place in town. If you make it there, you might be able to find a place to regroup.
After learning this, upon contacting Zilog. He would tell you that he doesn't not like violence being shed in his name. There is another way to save the city but it is dangerous. If you do this, I will owe you big. There is a MIRAD (an underwater Genie) held in the temple of the Aboleth. It is a very dangerous undertaking. Use the Genie's wish to turn everyone in the city back to Normal. But becareful, that could include the dead to also rise in the city and you are right back where you started.

Wanda and Quofire Havensong are in her office with about 120 members of the town. People are scared. The building is not large enough to house 120 people but it has to make due for now. Quofire Havensong has learned of a horryfing truth. Wanda wants to know who all of the responsible parties are.
There are two offices. One on the north side of the building and the other on the south side.
NORTH SIDE OFFICE: (Investiagtion check DC 14) -- Belongs to Wanda.
1 -14 -- This is WANDA'S office. (DC 12 Stealth Check). She keeps a log of pay outs to CAPTAIN STONE FOOT.
15 - 17 -- There is a ledger of all of the jails in Ywane and all of the Merfolk prisoners are circled. You do find a journal.
18+ -- There is a locked chest (trapped). Trying to open without checking: DC 15 Con save -- on fail you are polymorphed into a fish - a guppy. To Disarm the trap is a DC 12 INT Save, or sleight of hand. Inside of chest you find: Similar teleportation necklaces with names carved in them.
It will take you an hour to match the names to the circled names in the ledger. All 200 names match up. However, there are only 198 necklaces. The only name you don't see is Zilog's.
Inside the Journal (Written in Abyssal): I couldn't put this in the ledger but I caught a big fish today, no pun intended. The crowned prince of the Underwater Kingdoms was thrown in prison with his royal guard for bringing weapons into Mji Wana Wa. The guards in the capitol do not play - but this has yielded a big return for me. The pirate Stone Foot is coming to ship Zilog to Oscar's. Oscar is going to pay me my weight in gold for a sending him a member of the Underwater Kingdom royal court.

The Solve
The only way to restore the people who were affected by the by the blast is getting finding the MARID.As you speak to the Merfolk you encountered the last time you were in the ocean, he tells you his name is: RADIER.
The third city has started the depressurization process but it will take days for the water to release.
How to save the people
There is only way to save everyone who was transformed by the blast. We have to find Marid, The Genie of the Oceans. His temple is now the lair of the sea serpant DETHOON. Any sunken treasures are taken to his lair. You will find many underwater dangers including the Aboleth defending his temple.

Circling this temple are hundreds of sharks.The Temple is sunken and the entrance is plane to see. Sharks roam the hallways. Inside the rooms are 21 Crocodile (You always find three), 2 Giant Octopi (There are 5 Orcas in the maze. Finding one will alert the others too you), 25 Giant Crabs, there are 2 Giant Sharks.

Wanda and the fight with 2 Dragonborn (black and red).THE ORB IN THE VOLCANO
You were told the orb is inside the volcano. This is an active volcano. Everything you can see is this is very active volcano - with sharks.
The cavern is dark and very much a maze. Embers from the volcano below give off some light, but not much. You notice in the center of the room is a pit of lava.
Peception Check - DC 17 -- You notice inside of the lava, just beneath the surface floating is the orb of DEVISTATION. You also notice rising up from the lava is giant creature made of fire - it looks like a GIANT Lava Rat. (what the creature looks like)
It speaks in chitters. "Why do you come here?"
"You seak the destruction of my master. Only Bael can control such power."

Returning the Ywnae
Zilog communicates with you telepathically. He is back in his kingdom. He asks where you are and he can send someone to escort you to his kingdom.Assassin's For Hire
Zilog says, "I don't asks this lightly, but the King of Jua is not going to prosecute Oscar or those responsible for the capture and killing of my people. His reasoning is, "this is an underwater kingdom matter" and if he or any other citizens of Jua are found guilty of crimes against the Underwater Kingdoms, Jua will have our support.
Zilog does not want to bring these people to justice. Zilog says he doesn't want to ask: but he will compensate you in gold and status. Because Ywnae will need a new leader and maybe even De La Sol.
Zilog asks, "I would like to hire you to kill Oscar and all those responsible for the trade of my people to Oscar. That includes the Pirate Captain Stone Foot, Wanda (who is already dead) and three nobles of House Ywnae.
