Session 1

General Summary

The party arrived in Kiro in the town of Asuka. upon arrival they were greeted by a samurai and two accompanying ronin. The samurai whose name was Yoni, invited the party to speak with the Daimyo. The party agreed and was brought to the daimyos chambers. The Daimyo, a redheaded woman by the name of Konohara Matsumo, gave the party the task of investigating the fishing town of Yuumu nearby. They got this task because the Daimyo has focused most of her available men in the north because of trouble brewing there. They were paid 50 gold upfront and are gonna be given the same amount upon completing the job, maybe even more depending on how good of a job they do. 
They traveled south to the town of Yuumu where they noticed that there was nothing going on there. literally. After a talk about their "skills" the party headed towards the church. Upon entering they noticed a couple of people in the middle of a sermon in a weird language. When the sermon ended they conversed with the priest for a while before he said he didn't want them to leave and that the party could be of use to him. after some more talk sterling initiated combat and initiative was rolled.
