Kentilo

Kentilo originally belonged to centaurs but their species were dying out when humans came, replacing their agrarian community with a widely developed series of interconnected and industrialised cities, though a whole eastern section of the continent is underpopulated due to fear of the Morqua. This section has been dubbed 'The Thrall March'.   Kentilo has been afraid of a Morqua invasion for almost three thousand years, but for years the Morqua and their troops, the Thralls, have been mostly dormant. By the time our protagonist makes it to the world, however, the Morqua machine is gearing up for war. The unstoppable nature of the Thralls has created a militaristic culture tinged with despair   The Endless Lands are nothing more than an endless ocean filled with continents and islands, inhabited by humans and other beings. Most of the focus are on the Continents of Kentilo, Thayn and Norin, and the Morqua Cluster, formerly the origin of the dragons who fled to earth 3000 years ago.   Magic here is the energy inherent in the lands, but isn't magic and limited. Humans can use this magic but usually at a cost to their own bodies, while creatures inherent to the lands (like dragons) can use it almost without any problems.
