High Elf

High elves can generally be divided into Northern and Southern elves. They live in the arctic areas, in cities kept warm by magic.

Magic is used for most tasks in the elven cities and what cannot be done by magic is done by gnome slave labour. Even food is supplied by magic and so there is no need for the elves to have farmable land. Their cities are built from a material similar to lime stone and it is said the elves maintain gigantic walls that surround the poles. What's inside those walls, no one knows.
