Chaos was the void in which gave space for all of reality to form. The first that was birthed from the void was called the Titans; they are depicted as mindless embodiments of the four destructive element forces. These Titans fought from the moment they came into being, starting the Titan Age. As time passed their battles slowly started to form the world; the lands, oceans, rivers, mountains, the sky, and so much more.

From time to time some of the battles created horrific monstrosities and unleashed them in the world. Some of these monsters still live today but most are age old legends whispered among explorers. During the largest battle between the Titans ten children were born; made from the pure explosive energy of the Titans skirmish.

Their children are now who we know as our Gods: Lihtris, Goddess of Grave; Icona, Goddess of Forge; Bondos, God of life; Ither, God of Trickery; Yzena, Goddess of Nature; Ona, Goddess of Storm; Andall, God of Light; Surenka, Goddess of War; Atemis, God of Knowledge; Zoddar, God of Death.

Our Gods, the children of the Titans, took the burden of naming their parents: Cronos the Earth Titan; Kora the Water Titan; Odett the Air Titan; and Phryane the Fire Titan.

Before Andall created the sun, the only light in the world was the fire flowing from Phryane's body. The sun was more than just a light in the darkness; they called it Mt. Celestial, the home of the Gods. The Gods made many wondrous creations; all types of creatures they made to worship them and their great powers. The fighting of the Titans, though, washed over those creations like the ocean tide washes over the sand, taking everything with it. This happened several times over thousands of years. Countless times the Titans wiped the new life the Gods had created, just as fast as they had come into being. Inevitably the Gods declared war on the Titans.
