Kaveila

This is an urban fantasy world that tends to be more fantasy than it is urban. Large cities carved into enormous trees are home to a wide and diverse range of magical Fae, especially following the fall of the cruel and mischievous Faeries from their near total world power. Apparently, citizens had finally had enough of taking shit from the precious, chosen children of The Stars; but nearly a century later The Stars don’t seem to have smiled any of the new Fae sharing power. Life in freed countries finally has a chance to reach equality and peace, even integrating some Faeries as civilians, though there are still a number of cursed species and world alterations that are struggling to survive after whatever whim the Faeries struck them with.
