History

Quartus is the newest hive of Kastellia, being first layed out in M.39 when it was decided to place a permanent settlement close to the primary promethium deposits to increase efficiency. House Ugara jumped at the chance to run the hive.

As primarily a housing area, the architecture takes on a more rugged look, some say it reflects the no nonsense attitude of the people of Quartus.
