Cassius Morningfall is a suspected member of the The Red Hand. He was mentioned by Falca Drake during an interrogation as having been the one commanding the murder of Merryweather Littlebottom and the kidnapping of his wife Farmané Littlebottom and their baby.
The description given of Cassius was suitably vague, involving potential facial hair, dark hair, "stunning blue eyes", and "sometimes a cloak, if it's cold". Nothing more is known about the man currently.
