In the world of Karma, it follows the Rule Of Three. For those who don't know what that is, it is where everything comes back three time as or as bad as your actions. Most people try and do as much good as possible, they are called "Suns". Then there are the people who are the troublemakers. We call them "Degenerates" It is rumored that some of the Degenerates have figured out how to get past the Rule Of Three. How they do this, no one really knows.
