City Guard

The official civilian law enforcement of the city, the City Guard has been severely pressed in the last few years, effectively only patrolling in The Center, The Strip, Parchen, The Corner and Divinity. The City Guard is severely corrupt and most people believe that they care more about protecting themselves than the citizens, but within the department, most members still believe in the spirit, if not the law, and the leadership struggles daily to maintain order in the city.
Kirandra, the leader, struggles daily to expand the reach of the City Guard, believing that the lack of a monopoly on law enforcement is the core reason for the chaos and crime rampaging across the city.
