Barracks

The Barracks can be found in the Steam District. It is the home of the Karak-Khan guard, but also importantly houses personnel from outside the city on their trips their.
Though technically the Council of Four Elements is in control of Karak-Khan’s forces, a substantial majority of the forces are comprised of Clan Flamebeard. Their leader, Belegar Flamebeard hails from the same clan. The protection of the city is often considered Clan Flamebeard’s responsibility.

Architecture

A strong and imposing walls encloses a tent city that chops and changes. As different groups come in, the tents are added, removed and reshuffled to accomodate.
