White Cobra

These are massive serpents, which are quite friendly, but are fierce fighters when they feel threatened. They are often domesticated and ridden as mounts for their fast speed. They are highly intelligent creatures, much like dragons. I haven't yet decided if they should only come in white, if they come in different colors depending on their personalities, or if they're similar to chameleons and change colors depending on their (or perhaps even their rider's) mood.

These creatures don't have any limbs; only one long snaking body which moves up and down, similar to how caterpillars move.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

These creatures are often ridden by humanoids and used as mounts. Once they die, they are butchered for their eyes, as well as their scales, which are often used to make things like armor.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

They have bad daytime vision, being able only to see shapes and outlines, but they see extremely well at night. They have incredible smell using their tongues, and can use it to identify the direction from which the scent is coming. They use a similar method to communicate with other serpents.
