Sven Helvig

Often referred to as the Mad Jarl, Sven is plagued with some sort of magical or mental illness that has caused him to lose his sight as well as his common sense.

Often referred to as the mad Jarl, Sven is known to be the most violent and savage among all of his peers. No one knows why this mad Jarl acts the way he does, but most would recommend not getting on his bad side.
