The government is known for its strict laws and rules. Although it is said to be corrupt very few have the courage to stand against it. The mayor is a cruel person and preys upon the all of the residents, especially the poor. He has shown racial tendencies and it's only a matter of time until he'll forbid Llunes in Qaluo. It is a wonder he tolerates the clan meetings and hasn't thrown them out yet.

Geschichte
Once the humans settled down in the deserts, they started to build themselves a place to stay. As it is the centre of the city the Llunes decided to make it their quarter if they were to meet.
