Treaty of Small Rock

The Treaty of Small Rock was a Treaty signed four years ago on the island of small rock. It was signed by the three powerhouses of the Dreadfire Archipelago; West Venture Trading Company, Royal Dreadfire Company, and the Nehkaran Empire.
It was signed after a large tri-battle between the afore mentioned Navies. The Nehkaran Empire, is largely assumed to have signed the Treaty to staunch the bleeding Empire. The Royal Dreadfire Company and West Venture Trading Company are assumed to have signed it do to the mistrust of a two way alliance with Nehkara.
The Treaty states that all three groups must cease war efforts on the others, along with seizing lands already owned by the others. Many smaller details exist, but most are trivial and unknown to the general public.
