The Sanguine Barrens

Geography

The Sanguine Barrens is a seemingly endless expanse of sand, interspersed with the occasional rock or two. Every so often those who dare to explore the Sanguine Barrens will come across rocky outcroppings, massive canyons, and, very rarely, ancient dwarven ruins. Other than these infrequent discoveries, however, the Sanguine Barrens are just a flat wasteland filled with dust, sand, and the terrible monsters that have evolved to survive this harsh environment.
