Description

Allows an otherwolder to open and view the status screen of themselves and others (with viewing of others being more limited in information, adding info they've acquired). The status screen also grants info on specific parts of one's status screen and allows otherwolders to control the way they spend their skill and stat points more directly, bypassing the extra requirements natives have to face in favor of being directly able to input their points where they wish.
Can also be used to select particular skills, and click on them for use.
Cannot be leveled up, copied or stolen.
