Allows one to perceive the thoughts of any creature on focuses on. Can be expanded to read the thoughts of any creature within a small area that is within line of sight or immediately surrounding the user. At skill level 1 can only read surface thoughts. Able to read deeper into one's thoughts with each skill level. The user permanently exudes a dreadful aura which can induce fright upon those non-monsters nearby if they can sense it at all, and it increases in intensity the more intensely one consciously attempts to use the skill.
