The largest and most famous structure in Shekkek's Arts District is the goblin equivalent of The Globe Theatre, named Hal'tuuraan (Ghukliak for "Playhouse"). Acting troops sit on waiting lists for years, waiting to get their chance to act among the greats. The set designs are breathtakingly extravagant and ornate. Since every goblin in the Ghukliak Kleptocratic Federation is illiterate, there are no cue cards, prompters, or scripts. In the typical kleptocratic tradition, a patron's seat is stolen the instant they stand up, so there is ovation, but never standing up. Unsurprising for a kleptocracy, "heist" plays are terribly popular and trendy.
