Enomotia
The smallest grouping of Spartan-trained soldiers in Kopis Industries's Morai is the Enomotia. A 36 Hoplite company with 1 commanding Enomotarch, the members of this band train and live together.
Life is an act of worship to their god, each training session and excursion done in honour of Ares Mars Olympia. The greatest honour for a Hoplite is to gain the trust of Leonidas Olympia, the once legendary King of Sparta and commander of the 300 of Thermopylae. Brutal and efficient, the Enomotia of Kopis Industries are the most well trained soldiers in all the Realms, hired out at outrageous cost to combat zones across Midgard and in some cases, other Realms entirely.

Each Hoplite and Enomotarch carries their own Panoply. All other equipment is to be commandeered, or in this new age, handled by the auxiliary Legions.

Structure
Each Enomotia is commanded by a single Enomotarch. The Enomotarch answers to their Pentekostys, Lochagos & Plutarch in turn. They all answer to Leonidas and Ares.
Training
Brutal, daily & precise. While the training methods are proprietary to Leonidas and Ares, I can but comment on the nature of those who become Hoplites in the first place. Usually human (although not a prerequisite), each Hoplite is a consummate soldier who dedicates their life to the Olympian of War. They consider pugilism, hand to hand & marksmanship, survivalism & tactics to be meditations and prayers to their divinity and are above all, devout believers.
