Leonidas Olympia
Strategos Leonidas Olympia- Agiad (a.k.a. Idas, Leon, Agiades, Anaxandrides, King Leo-Needy)
For you, inhabitants of wide-wayed Sparta,Sparta and Thermopylae. The Three Hundred. The bravery of a heroic King. Leonidas is one of the few beings in the Cosmos to know the Creatrix' personal touch and to have survived looking into her eyes. One of the Resurrected, Leonidas was returned to life in circumstances few but Ares Mars Olympia and Persephone Kore Chthonia are aware of in detail. Since awakening to Midgard, Leonidas took up his post as Ares' right hand. This post grew, until Ares and Leonidas fell in love and with Aphrodite's blessing, became lovers.
Either your great and glorious city must be wasted by Persian men,
Or if not that, then the bound of Lacedaemon must mourn a dead king, from Heracles' line.
The might of bulls or lions will not restrain him with opposing strength; for he has the might of Zeus.
I declare that he will not be restrained until he utterly tears apart one of these.Herodotus

Personal history
Of Leonidas' first life many versions pepper popular Human culture to varying degrees of accuracy. The truth remains, Leonidas was a born-royal and became King of Sparta (one of a pair in those days). He married Gorgo and fathered a son. He died fighting impossible odds against the Persians at the Battle of Thermopylae.
These details are no secret.
So pour another cup of tea and let me regale you of the rest. It was said Leonidas was blessed of Ares Mars Olympia during his youth, as a warrior and child of King Anaxandridas II. This was correct, as by the time Leonidas grew to adulthood, Ares and his consort Aphrodite Venus Ourania and their children made Sparta their home.
Deimos and Phobos were young in those years, and it was thought the Spartans might contain some special ability to either contain or train the young terror & panic gods. Ares and Aphrodite were still shaken by the events of their retreat from Olympus, volatile and wounded of spirit. Gorgo became a companion of Aphrodite, teaching the Olympian goddess how to find, then release her feminine strength. Leonidas trained with Ares, as did the other warriors in that time.
Healing comes in many forms, and the chance to live and train in Sparta, to have their children Eros, Deimos & Phobos trained in the Spartan way, to be worshipped as they were not as the Athenians or Olympians perceived them was a blessing Ares and Aphrodite returned ten-fold. Leonidas became a close companion of Ares, eventually touched by both Eros and Aphrodite to find healing in their adorations.
Harmonia was born to Ares & Aphrodite at this time, with Gorgo as midwife.
By the time Ares and Aphrodite realized Sparta would know no peace with Deimos & Phobos a constant force, Leonidas was crowned King. Ares and Leonidas had a bittersweet parting, but Ares would not abandon his children or his consort, and instead led his little family to Thrace, where the wilds could better contain the twins.
Word was sent to Ares too late, messengers either caught or waylaid by tricks of other gods, to prevent Ares from standing at Leonidas' side during the Battle of Thermopylae. When asked why she prevented Ares' reaching his lover, Athene stated only once, "Athens deserved better, and I despised my brother, then."
Leonidas spent the next eons in the sway of Elysium, until he was resurrected in 1752 AD by the Creatrix. A constant figure at Ares' side since, Leonidas incorporated into the family and won the approval of Ares & Aphrodite's children. He, along with Eros and Harmonia, help keep the Areosides connected.
