The events leading to the foundation of the Arcane Academy of Ossam.

A Water Elemental named O’Sian founded the Arcane Academy of Ossam (present day Sammasuri), which greatly aided arcane advances in the city.   However, O’Sian discovered the first archmage was attempting to bring forth Grazzt once more, and so killed him. The Arcane Academy split in two, O’Sian was framed, and banished.
