Blue Borough

This is where the city's nobles live and are wreathed in shrubbery-covered iron gates. The roofs are all a neutral blue. It hosts a fancier market open to the upper class and approved by other individuals. It also hosts a rather large, overly decorated temple to Behamat, The Platinum Dragon, at its center.
Noble House Deiha consists of wood elves, half-elves, and other elvan variants. They are known for their donations to Drashear University and efforts to increase magical knowledge and inventions.
Noble House Goldscream consists of metallic dragonborns. They have owned and worked at their namesake library in the University Ward for years.

Noble House Hillpelt consists of halflings, three-quarter kind, and humans. They are known for their interactions and donations to the Temple of Behamat.
