Jewelled Dominions

The focus of this setting is within the mass sprawl of the Azure Empire in the age of elaborate machines of arcane and the prideful peoples of Humanity and beyond. From the steely skies of smoke and mist to the pale seas of amber sands, the Empire is caretaker of many lands and stranger of none; the ancient history of the Jewelled Dominions spanning millennia. What might have once been beacon to the Human realms, is now tied down by the peoples which had made it prosper, embroiled in a thick blizzard of growing ideologies and identities. First, are the ones of growing revolutionary winds, and those who oppose it. Second, are the ones of fear who deny the freedom of magic, and wish the bondage of those who practice it. and Third, are the ones of war who lust and profit for the fall of civilization, and the rise of a new Forlorn age...
