Iyotis

Iyotis is a rich land, it's land mass broken apart, divided by rivers that cut their way through the Earth and pave a path through stone. Mountains higher than the clouds stand tall, cutting through the skyline and tearing apart every color that dares splash across the horizon with their jagged slopes. To the west of the mountains lie tropical forests and black sanded beaches, alongside soothing, rolling hills. The sunsets dance off the curves of each and every bend in these lands... though it's staggering beauty is rivaled by the terrors that lie between the rocks.   Nestled between the jarring cliffs of the mountains of Iyotis lie dark mysteries and rotting corpses, long dead missionaries and adventurers of every kind reawakening to carry out the wishes of deities. Gods and Goddesses demand the power they once held while they walked the physical realm among mortals, and they will rise to take up anyone they can to achieve these selfish desires. Without the aid of hired killers, many who hold titles of high ranking are being targeted.   If only there were a few brave souls willing to stop these powers from ruining the world as we know it.
