Victory is a mystery, and she prefers to keep it that way. She speaks as little as possible, though never curtly or rude. She is the head cook for The Smoke & Stagger, preparing meals daily for the many patrons of the North Ward tavern. She is extremely focused, efficient, and hard-working. No one knows what she does in her off-time, but the fact that she submitted her resume in Celestial raises a lot of interesting hypotheses. On Guildhall Day, her employers learned that Jinny, a Waterdeep Wazoo reporter, is her sister.
