Talisolvanar Fellbranch (a.k.a. Tally)

Tally is the owner and chief artisan of the Bent Nail, a skilled woodcarver and furniture maker.
He is calm and dull, to the point of almost being milquetoast. He is a long-time resident of Trollskull Alley and brother to Melannor Fellbranch. He lives above his workshop with his wife, sometimes being visited by his alcoholic, gambling-addicted brother-in-law.
