Rishaal (a.k.a. The Page-Turner)

Rishaal "the Page Turner" is an older golden dragonborn and the owner of a library in Trollskull Alley. He is courteous and plain-spoken, if not a little boring and sensitive. He has been a resident of Trollskull alley for a long time and considers his neighbors his dear friends. His store is named "Book Wyrm's Treasure" and serves as his home as well. A well-respected member of the Watchful Order of Magists and Protectors, Rishaal is a mage who offers spells via scrolls for sale, in addition to letting local wizards copy spells into their spell books for a fair price.
