Broxley Fairkettle is a portly halfling who is the guild leader of the Fellowship of Innkeepers. He finds a way to mention his 9 beloved children in almost every conversation, and hams up the fact that he is a tired and busy father.
When it comes to running the fellowship, he is strict in enforcing guild law and often visits taverns all over the city just to make sure they're in compliance. While he can be a bit difficult to deal with, he is otherwise an affable man.
