Fredriech Carlston

Fredriech Carlston (Fred-reek) is the adopted son of renowned detective, Hemlock Jones. Not much is known of Fredriech's earlier life as he doesn't much like to talk about his birth parents and when pressed gets angry enough to physically fight someone who cant drop the subject. Fredriech has adventured across Faerûn helping Hemlock solve crimes and mysteries alike. While he would like to think of himself as important on these cases, Fredriech has been little more than a pack mule and a work horse for Hemlock, making him feel like a disappointment which becomes apparent whenever Hemlock speaks down to him. Hemlock often speaks down to Fredriech whether in company or in private. Hemlock has assured those who ask that its not to discourage the boy but remarks on his lack of deduction skills. Never the less, with Fredriechs help, mysteries such as, The Dire Wolf of the Bakerfields, The Crimson Claw, and The Creeping Uncle were able to be solved. Fredriech often visits Grinfiddeus to consult on magical cases while in Waterdeep. He has formed a friendship with the boy seeing similarities that they both want more than where they are at in life. He also teamed up with Adrid to raid the crypt of the necromancer that ended up with Lilithus being "employed" by Adrid.
