Rusalkan

Living in the northern most reaches of Aleron are the Rusalkans, a nomadic culture that migrates across the ocean in line with the seasons, tempest and the stars above. They are well known for their wisdom from worshipping the Solus Trinitas, as well as their value in tradition. The Rusalkans live on the shores of Frystfell, atop glaciers, and in their fabled ocean villages of boats and wooden platforms. Also known as "Storm bearers", the Rusalkans are known for their tradition of sailing into the eye of storms to comune with Talos and the gods above, granting them powers in Mysticism and Animism.   Read more... Kynskar

The people of Kynskar live amongst the hills and mountains of Kynumbra and Frystfell. Their culture are decendants of Rusalkans, and have recieved a lot of influence from their neighbouring dwarves. Honor is paramount in Kynskar society, for an honoured name brings power. Kynskar clans value ones honor, skill in battle and crafting ability. They are known well for their natural resistence to the cold and harsh conditions of their homelands. The people of Kynskar are well known for crafting talismans and runic artifacts that allows warriors to channel the powers of their totem spirits (the Solus Trinitas). By others, the Kynskar peoples are revered as a force to be reckoned with, for their battle prowess is unmatched, and they are known to frequently raid foreign villages when their recourses are dwindling.   Read More... Eisenwalde

The Eisenwalde people are the dominant race spread across central Kaltenze. It is among the oldest cultures of aleron, influencing their neighbouring Daladrian, Jotunheim and Hæthelcyne folks. From a long history of migration, the Eisenwalde culture is a melting pot of different identities, beliefs and traditions, unified under notoriously stalwart leaders. The culture is typically structured with a fuedal hirearchy, and is led by elected monarchs. Folk of the Eisenwalde culture worship the Nine Archia alongside the Prime Gods. The Eienwalde folk are known to fear the dangers of the world, striving to protect themselves from the terrors is prosesses.  

Hæthelcyne

The Hæthelcyne ancestry decends from generations of draconic worshippers in northern Arides, and is among the most prevelant human cultures in mainland Aleron. Throughout history, the people of hæthelcyne ancesty have had a complicated relationship with Dragons, shifting from being enslaved by great Chromatic Powers, to living with the aid of Metalic dragons, to harnessing their powers in their own empires under human control. Hæthelcyne society is structured with a fuedal hirearchy, with oligarchal dynasty powers ruling the roost. The hæthelcyne have adopted similar outlooks to the world as their historic draconic overlords, viewing the world as something to be conquered and controlled. Tuakahn

The people of the Tuakahn ancesty live a nomadic life across the deserts and plains of central Arides. They are a travelling folk, known for their deep connection with the plains on which they travel, and their respect for the desert dwelling Sandwyrms. The Tuakahn share many cultural norms and practices with the Dragonborn they travel alongside, connecting with their relationship with dragons and nomadic lifestyle. The Tuakahn worship a combination of Nature's Court and Draconic Spirits, often considering both one in the same. They are isolationists, and as the rest of Arides has developed, they have continued to hide themselves away from their Haethelcyne neighbours.   Read More... Tuakahn  

Daladrian

The Dalariad race live amongst the forests of Kaltenze, I'isalren, southern Dahak Sultah, and centered to the provinces Theymwood, Dalriad and Tormha. The Dalriads have always had a close bond with Wood Elves, taking from them cultural practices from long before the Bonding. Dalriadan society is led by gerontocratic Druidic Councils comprised of wise men and women that hold long kept magical secrets of the woodlands, along with information of the nature spirits they commune with. The Daladrians worship Natures Court predominantly, with some councils also worshipping the Elven gods and ancestor spirits.  

Valarien

The Valerian folk, hailing from north east I'isalren, are a prestigious ethnicity born from the relaationship between the native Humans and Felinids.

Mezzec

The Mezzecs live in the Corato Bayou at the south of Arides. They are among the most diverse peoples in Aleron, their culture born from the wood elven influence of the bordering Virthwood and Lizardfolk travellers from the Ebon Enclave.   Read More... Mezzec
