Skull Imp

Attribute: Dark   Type:Demon   Habitat:Graveyards, boneyards   The skull imp is a fiendish creature that collects the skulls of the dead. Considered by many as an annoyance more than a real danger, the skull imp should not be underestimated. The creature is fiercely protective of its skull hoard, and will lash violently with its extremely sharp talons and fangs to any who comes close to its prized collection. There is a massive colony of the beast residing on the gigantic Boneyard on the region of Velakia, on the continent of Altraxia   Characteristics
The skull imp is a small creature, about the same size of a huma child. The steanch of rotten flesh lies heavy in the air around it.It looks emaciated, with bones protruding from its grey-black, hairless decayed skin. Four small, sharp horns rest on its head. Razor sharp talons and fangs, however, make this seemingly unreliable creature a foe to be wary. Altough shy, once the skull imp has started to form a hoard of skulls, the creature will protect its collection with its life, lounging rabidly to any who comes close to it, figthing to death if necesary.
Its prefered habitat is, logically, graveyards. In many cities and large towns and villages, the imp is considered a pest, as they will commonly desecrate graves in order to collect the skulls of the dead. Given enough time, by unknown means, a single skull imp can summon a large population, causing an infestation that sooner or later becomes a major problem.
Evil necromancers commonly employ skull imps as a means of alert themselves of intruders; they also use the creature body parts to concoct brews and necromantic spells
