Certas Ordenhal is the most renown pirate hunter in Tyre and his exploits are well known throughout the 7 Kingdoms of the Entwining Sea.

This old, sun dark man has a number of small scars on his face. He has a grim look at all times and walks with a limp. He has a peppered beard that reaches down to the center of his chest and is well kept.
