Isle of Light

The Isle of Light is a single island, roughly the size of Ireland. Down the center is a large mountain chain, splitting the island nearly in half (this mountain chain touches the southern coast but not the norther coast). To the southwest (west of the mountains and south of the great river) is the Stone Clan Province. To the southeast (east of the mountains and south of the great woods) is the Evergrowth Province. To the northwest (north of the great river and west of the foothills) is the Animal People Province. To the east (east of the northern mountains and north of the great woods) is the Sun Temple Province. To the northeast (east of the foothills and north of the Sun Temple) is the Metalkin Province. The Isle of Light is isolated by powerful riptides that allow no ships to pass in or out of the local waters.
