Queen Helena (a.k.a. Helena the Just, Solari Helena)

Queen Helena is fiercely protective of her laws. She is much more a "Spirit of the law" over "letter of the law" type of queen. She is said to be a fierce judge who requires as much of her accusers as the accused.

The entire top of her body is a brilliant, emerald green, her throat is ruby magenta and her belly is pure white. Her long beak is typically decorated with tiny jewels.
