Ibn Vinnan
Ibn Vinnan is the largest city in Candia and, some say, all of Chiron. There is a saying "The Sun never sets and never rises in Ibn Vinnan", alluding the the constant motion and life, and also how dangerous such lack of quiet can be. King Tem lives in Ibn Vinnan but no one knows exactly where and few know which clever fox walking the streets is King Tem.
Enormous trees, where Vetulonia merges with Ibn Vinnan offer housing and shelter for all uses. There are several buildings constructed in the Kyreus style as well. Ibn Vinnan is often considered the soul of Candia and showcases that through architecture.

Government
King Tem employs skilled, experienced Knights of Gilleria, a family of cats that has adopted several orphaned foxes, and a family of wolves large enough to spare adults during whelping, to keep order and protect the citizens. Though they follow the laws of Chiron, there are a number of Ibn Vinnan specific laws they enforce as well.
Industry & Trade
Ibn Vinnan is where anything can be found, if only one knows who to ask.
Infrastructure
Ibn Vinnan is one of the few places in Gho where distinct roads can be found. Traveled so often that they have been carefully cultivated with thick, sturdy moss to prevent roads from becoming hazardous during the rainy seasons.

The Weavers of Bevel and the Ironclad both have guild halls in Ibn Vinnan.
The Tower exists where Ibn Vinnan connects to both Atheria and Gilleria.
Architecture
Architecture is a mix from all over Candia, though the primary structures are enormous trees with hollows, pits, and den-like caves near the roots and stone buildings held together with tar.
Geography
Ibn Vinnan is mostly forested, though there are some sparse meadows where Candia gives over to Tracheor.
Natural Resources
Underground streams provide fresh water for the people of Ibn Vinnan, but most everything else is brought in from other places.
