Jotunn

The Jotunn are a proud and ancient people who have walked the lands longer than any other mortal race on Iskara. While their once great empire spanned much of Amdor and Northern Teldara, they are now only found amidst the mountain ranges of Amdor, Teldara, and Ankar. It is unknown as to what caused the empire's fall but it is widely accepted the ancient elves had a role to play.
Soon after its fall the Jotunn were fractured and forced to relocate across the globe. Given their natural affinity to elemental magics they quickly adapted to their new homes. Soon three Jotunn subspecies arose: The Frost, Storm, and Stone Jotunn. The Frost Jotunn call the frozen tundra of Amdor home, the ancestral origin of all Jotunn. The Storm Jotunn thrive on the mountain ranges of Teldara and have adapted greatly to electric elemental magics. Lastly, the Stone Jotunn survive on the ranges of Ankar and make use of the elemental magics of the earth.
