History

The order was created during the fall of the Elder when the White Dragons (not the clan) had almost gone extinct so they made a deal, the survival of their spices in the Winter Land and they would give up their intelligence and freedom to the humans that would become the White Dragon Clan.  The order then found an ancient relic dating back to the even before the gods. They found the lost heart of the Queen of Air and Darkness that had been placed in a clockwork device and after figuring out that it could make large things float they placed it under their capital and that was how the City of Wings came to sour though most of it is a secret. During the Cult of Death the Wind Riders where despaced from power they reclaimed it during the time of Odera.
