Gnomish

Gnomish is like Elvish gone wrong. Letters flow into a mumbling mush, and even when written in Common script, the disparity between the written word and the spoken make mastering the language a lifelong endeavour, that usually ends in failure. Gnomish is famous for having the most amount of vowel sounds in any language known across the Planescape - although nobody has counted, and it's suspected they're invented on the fly. It is said that speaking Elvish with too many toadstools in your mouth will get you sounding like a Gnome.
