Iokomev

Iokomev is a world crumbling apart--literally. Thanks to the legendary magicbending actions of Ruverta's great-great-great-great-grandma, Iokomev was saved, bound together by her leadership and strength of will. But only temporarily. And then she died. Without her, her magic slowly wilted, and now begins to die, dragging the world down with it.   Despite having no magicbending abilities of their own, the Rin'im family is blamed by all of Ioko's peoples for their ancestor's failure in keeping them safe. What's a girl to do? The grief of her sister's death propelling her forward, Rue must find a way to stop the magic, stop Ioko from its suicide, and perhaps heal her broken family as well.   Thank goodness for magical sleepwalking lions and no-fall jumper boots keeping her alive when she's too busy saving the world to bother.   Unfortunately, they'll probably not be enough to protect her from the magic running rampant across the lands, not to mention unfriendly tribes, traitorous friends, mutant beasts, chaotic weather, and Ioko itself set on stopping her from reaching her goal.
