Minor Spirit

Minor Spirits are supernatural entities that were once physical entities or things. In a sense, they are similar to Major Spirit, but a lot weaker. 
These entities are required by the laws of the universe to gain followers. This is often done by using the powers granted to them. Otherwise, they could fade out of existence.

Appearance

Minor Spirits were once physical things thus they will keep that form, powers, and abilities. After gaining immortality due to becoming a minor spirit they will gain some characteristics relating to the wishes of the followers. 
When a spirit is killed by someone they will supplant and take over the role of that spirit. When this happens the individual will not change in appearance.

Requirements

There are a few requirements for becoming a Minor Spirit. The entity must first be able to withstand the process of Ascension. This normally requires very strong physical, mental and spiritual capabilities. However, this may not be the case all the time. Either way, it must withstand the Universe Backlash and have enough worshippers. This process starts as soon as one has enough worshippers and often leads to obliteration of the entity in question. 
Almost all of these requirements can be avoided by supplanting said spirit. The only thing they must do is withstand the Universe Backlash
